By booking any travel package or service with Globexgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.
All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: 80% refund of total cost. Cancellations 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure: No refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documentation are obtained prior to travel. Globexgo accepts no liability for denied entry or travel disruption due to insufficient documentation.
Globexgo reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, political situations, or operational requirements. In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible at no additional cost.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Globexgo is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
Globexgo acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from services provided by third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the total cost of the package booked.
Any complaints during travel must be reported to our local representative immediately. Complaints submitted after return must be made in writing within 28 days of the trip's conclusion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

Cancellations 60+ days before departure receive an 80% refund. Between 30–60 days, a 50% refund applies. Within 30 days, no refund is available. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
