Bookings & Payments

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book tours with Globexgo.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. Deposits are due within 2 days of booking confirmation.
• Final Payment: Full payment for your tour is due [number] days prior to the departure date.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and [other methods if applicable].
• Price Changes: Tour prices are subject to change. However, your price is guaranteed once you've paid your deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by You:

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before departure will receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made 10 days before departure will incur a fee of 40% of the tour price.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before departure are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Globexgo: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
• Force Majeure: Neither Globexgo nor our clients are liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest).

Itinerary Changes

We strive to adhere to the planned itineraries but reserve the right to make necessary adjustments due to weather, availability of local partners, or other factors. We will communicate any changes to you as promptly as possible and ensure the overall quality of your experience.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Your Globexgo tour package does not include insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be required.

Responsibilities & Liability

• Globexgo's Role: Globexgo acts as a tour operator. We are responsible for arranging bookings with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners. We are not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services.
• Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for being punctual, respectful of local customs, and adhering to any health and safety requirements.
• Liability Limits: Globexgo's liability is limited as outlined in our full legal Terms & Conditions agreement.

Health & Safety

• Fitness Level: Some tours may require a moderate level of physical fitness. Please inquire if you have concerns.
• Vaccinations & Visas: You are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations, visas, and ensuring you meet all health requirements for travel to Poland.
• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that travel involves certain inherent risks.

Disputes

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.
